Delivery 

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 7 working days of receipt of your order. If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 3 business days.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for full credit up to 30 days from the date your order is shipped. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable outside of the US. Returns made to Isaac Publishing will be refunded in the form of the original payment method. Some items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being returned, so please contact customer service for a RMA number and instructions.

Cancellations

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In these situations, you may return the order within 30 days of the date of shipment. Please see our Returns Policy (above).

Delayed Shipping

If your shipment does not arrive within 30 days of the original order, please notify Isaac Publishing and your shipment will be replaced.
